Kodak Moments - Let Your Home Tell Your Story

We all have a million photos on our phone, but some moments are too good to stay trapped there. When you display them in your home, they spark conversations and make your spaces come alive.

That’s the idea behind Kodak Moments’ new “Let Your Home Tell Your Story” campaign. It promotes their line of frames, canvases and decor offerings with a special emphasis on capturing Gen Z and Millennial consumers.

From a pair of best friends getting matching tattoos, to a father and daughter playing guitar together, to good times with your skate crew, to a group of friends on a camping trip—the 30- and 15-second spots showcase a wide range of relatable life moments that people want to hold on to.

“You experience a moment differently when it escapes your social media feed and makes its way into your home,” said John Kovacevich, Founder and Creative Director at Agency SOS.

“When we developed the campaign, we noticed how emotional people got when they told us the story behind a framed photo on their mantle. These spots celebrate that feeling—the way a physical framed moment brings a special energy into a room and helps you tell your story,” said Kovacevich.

The campaign was developed by San Francisco-based Agency SOS, which handled strategy, creative development, production, and media planning. Produced by Little Moving Pictures and directed by Cali Bondad, the spots will run across connected TV, social and digital platforms.

It’s a big campaign from a small agency. Kovacevich, an ad veteran from agencies like Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and FCB, opened Agency SOS in 2021 with the idea that it doesn’t take a huge team to do great work.

“The agency team on this was myself and creative director Laura Wimer Jewell,” said Kovacevich. “We wear a lot of hats: creative director, writer, art director, account manager, agency producer, strategist…but our philosophy is that a small team of experienced grown-ups working directly with clients gets you to great work with less layers and fuss.”
